Description
almost donenow you can select your desired color/appearance
for the windowborders and taskbar.
as you see, this is a dark vs without a
bug on notepad, wordpad, msword, etc...
some parts are not done yet. need more time to
finish it.

Please include a nice gray to black gradient for dark background in file explorer.
