And here is Rouge the Bat, with what looks like the Master Emerald.
Good proportions on her body, though in my opinion the hand is a little big -- but don't worry, I'm much worse with hands. And her wings, one of them -- in my opinion -- should curl the other way, if you get what I mean. Those are the only flaws I see on her body.
The shading is very well done, especially the shine to her eyes and eyeshadow.
Good job on the coloring. I especially like her shoes, they're very cute. The Master Emerald was very well done, and it gives off this "naughty girl" type of theme, and by naughty I of course mean the fact that she is a thief of precious diamonds and jewels.
In all honesty I don't have too much to say about this picture, and that will be all for this one.
