Alright! Here is choice 1... choice 1 ? whaaat? You might be asking yourself wtf is this.
I shall answer. I am preparing to start a Comics about Mass Effect in Fallout 3 but i cannot choose if Shepard should be male of Female. So here are small stories of both Candidates. Please comment and tell me who is your favorite and who would you like to see in my up coming comics.

Yeah, plus the fact that Tali wouldn't even consider placing a control chip in Shepard's brain (I still hold a grudge on Miranda for that.)

It is for me. Lust is well and good, but it'll fade. Tali has been around for a long time...she's a friend whom he can trust and she has sorta pledged herself to the Normandy. Miranda trusts Cerberus first and foremost...
Tali Vo Normandy....makes perfect sense to me.

Well ya as i have written Shepard Trusts Tali the most. ANd he doesn't trust Niranda completely because he knows she is too smart to trust. Which makes the whole situation very interesting!

You said yourself. The cyborgs from 108. Vault 108 is filled with these looking the same cyborgs that are crazy and attack on sight. One of them is in the Outcast outpost before Anchorage.

They are cyborgs. They just look the same cuz its easier to make em all have the same face and body structure. They are not organic.
