Territorial changes:

_The nations of Canada and Newfoundland cease to exist and come under U.S. occupation (except for Quebec)
_The northern portion of the U.S. state of Maine that was lost in the Second Mexican War has been returned along with a little land from the Canadian province of New Brunswick
_The U.S. state of Utah has lost its statehood status and is now under U.S. military rule
_The Confederate states of Kentucky and Sequoyah have fallen to the U.S. (the former being admitted as a U.S. state and the latter coming under U.S. occupation)
_What was taken of the Confederate state of Texas has been converted into a new U.S. state called Houston
_The portions of the Confederate states of Sonora, Arkansas, and Virginia that were taken have been absorbed into the U.S. states of New Mexico, Missouri, and West Virginia respectively
_The British possessions of Bermuda, the Bahamas, and the Sandwich Islands have been ceded to the U.S. and are under occupation
_British Guiana and French Guiana have been ceded to and annexed by the Empire of Brazil

Countries that have formed:

_Republic of Québec (French: République du Québec)

Other notes:

_The Great War has not ended in South America, with Chile, Paraguay, and Brazil still invading Argentina.
