Here's my attempt in HTML5 JavaScript, but, unfortunately, the requested dimensions (27720 x 27720) don't work. Not sure if it's my browser or my computer or something else... works for smaller dimensions (up to at least 5000 x 5000), just not anything close to 27720 x 27720.

Maybe I'll try again using a different language.
