Sprites of Fakemon designs concepted and designed by Zimvader 42 (zimvader42.deviantart.com/ ) and sprited by me.

These Fakemon designs are based on the jack-in-the-box and various other creepy clowns, and could be considered the Inkay equivalents of the Graterras region, a region based on real-life Oceania.

Harlequid and Harlevil can transform: The Box Forme (top row) is the default, and does not change upon evolution: Once the Pokemon enters the battlefield, it will transform into its real form, shown in the bottom row.

From left to right:

Harlequid
Little Clown Pokémon
Type: PSYCHIC // DARK
Abilities: Prankster // Hidden Ability: Surprise*
Evolves into Harlevil at level 31.
"Even though they were originally created as toys, they came to life somehow. While not truly evil, they tend to be very mischievous and enjoy tricking people."

Harlevil
Jack-in-the-Box Pokémon
Type: PSYCHIC // DARK
Abilities: Prankster // Hidden Ability: Surprise*
Does not evolve.
"Harlevil's true body is hidden inside its doll-like box. If attacked, its crank will spin and it'll suddenly pop out of its box to scare the foe away."

*Surprise: When this Pokémon enters the battle in the middle of a turn (by switching in manually or via moves like U-Turn and Baton Pass), it will cause a slower foe to flinch.
