Biography: Formally a metahuman who could eat away anything he touched, so long as it was organic. One night he tried to rob a chemical plant so that he could sell the poisons to terrorists. He was caught however and jumped into a vat of chemical waste to escape the cops. The materials supercharged his abilities but at the cost of being able to breath normal air. He grabbed a hazmat suit, filed it with the toxins in the air, and escaped. He then decided that he would become the disease that would make the world rot and donned the name Cancer. He then gathered up a group of fellow minded anarchists and psychopaths and formed the Gang the Lepers.

Appearance: Wears an armored hazmat with a poison gas container on his back to breath with.

Hobbies: Killing, Explosions, Sickness, Poison, Hurting Vigilante

Dislikes: Vigilante, Seeing other people happy, Medicine, The Authorities.

Equipment: Carries an old rusty knife. Wears an Armored hazmat suit which keeps him from breathing in clean air and protects him from attacks. The suit is knife and gun proof and the mask prevents any other toxins from entering his body. The suit grants him augmented strength.

Powers: His touch decays organic materials such as plants, animals and humans. Can shoot Decaying beams from his hands to eat through materials. Very dexterous and skilled with his knife. Fights completely unpredictably. Cancer’s powers causes anything organic that is near his skin dissolves.

Weaknesses: His suit is not impenetrable and can be destroyed if either damaged enough or if hit in the structural weak points. Is completely Insane. Sees himself as a god among Humans and sees the Vigilante as his opposite, a regular man vs a god. He must constantly breath in poisons to stay alive, which is why he wears the gas mask. While he is crafty he not very intelligent. Is very easily manipulated, usually by Bloodstain
