Hmm. Well, it's cute as all get-out. But I think you could benefit from a stronger sense of proportion and anatomy.
For one thing, her body seems unnaturally twisted. Her upper torso and her lower back are turned equally towards us. I think a lot could be solved by moving her right shoulder and breast farther to the rear (of our point of view). As it is, her right arm is crossing her back far too harshly. Her left arm is elongated, and it seems as though her legs are rather short. I would recommend making her dress longer. Or, live by a mantra I learned in art school: "always draw through." When parts of your character's body are obscured by clothing or the environment or some other border, sketch the parts anyway to get a solid idea of where everything should go and what should be showing. Then erase and/or draw over. Because, at a glance, it really does look like she needs feet on the floor.

Uh, now i feel worse. I did draw through on this picture, then added the dress. But your right, I'm not very happy with the proportions of the drawing as well. It's something I hope I have improved upon in more recent works. Of which this is not. The coloring is yes. But the actual drawing I did roughly a year ago. As if that's an excuse for shotty workmanship.

Don't feel bad, it's not shoddy if you did your best at the time. If you look at past work and perceive flaws, that only means you've improved. That's how it is with every good artist.

I never lie. Except when its really obvious. Like the time I saved JFK and Lincoln from being sold into dance slavery by the albino Zebra monkey's. The lie I told them was very obvious. We laughed, then continued to battle the forces of chocolate pudding which had risen from the ground of the earth to finally eliminate their mortal enemies... rice. Which is now being used to make pudding. Their battle cry is "THEY TOOK OUR JOB"!!!

BTW I didn't expect a cargo dress! Now that was clever! You should pair Shego with a prince Drakken and Kim with of course prince Ron! Also have you planned Monique, Zita, Justine Flanner, Bonnie, or Yori as princesses because the princess Kim and Shego pics prove that every girl once dreamed of being a Disney Princess!

I can't use the critique feature, but will try to put my thoughts into a comment. I like the idea of Kim as a traditional Disney princess. I think your technique is good. I give you very high marks for creativity for the manner in which you adopt her mission gear into the gown. I had a couple small questions about anatomy, however I wasn't sure if that was a problem with her anatomy or the anatomy is quite right and my question merely the result of the position she is in while turning which makes it harder for me to understand what is happening... You could draw her without clothes on (which DA does not approve of and I am not suggesting you do) or do a couple more of her to give me a better sense of what is happening.

I'll look into that critique feature problem. As to her anatomy, I was trying to give her the look as if she was swaying her dress to and fro-ugh without moving her legs. Rotating at the waist I mean. Which is why her arms are so off to the side and only a portion of her back is visible. As any more and her spine would crack. I hope that helps. As for more drawings of Kim I have more to come. Did you want more kim pictures or maybe the pencil drawing of this particular one posted?

Wow, she's really pretty. If the show were still going and the animators/writers continued to age her, I'd imagine she'd look an awful lot like that by now. Diggin' the cargo style dress. An adorable adaptation of her pants. (Heck, *I'd* wear a poofy cargo dress! And I'm not a ball gown type of lady!... Maybe in my weaker moments when I'm watching Cinderella...)
