Story: After Hearts was defeated by Gogeta and sent to hell he met up with Demigra, but instead of the usual story playing out, Hearts found out about The Dark Factor from Demigra.
learning this Hearts rebelled against Demigra sending him back to the living world instead searching for the Dark Factor, and through the help of Fu and finding Mechikaburas ghost, he finally got The Dark Factor using it to its full potential first making himself an army of brainwashed villains, the first being Broly and Boujack.
Soon the Time Patrol heard what Hearts was up too and would chase after him.
