My dad and I were heading to Kennedy Space Center and stopped at this beach at Jekyll Island (it's called Driftwood Beach on google maps). I had brought my drone (a Mavic Pro) with me, so I decided to snap a few pics of the beach with the drone. The wind was strong at the beach, about 45 mph, so I figured it'd be a good test for my drone. I was confident in my piloting skills, otherwise I wouldn't have tried to fly it in the high winds. To my surprise, it flew really well... it was also pretty stable, if not a little wonky. It was being blown, but it was smart enough to fly into the wind to maintain its' position without my input. Oh, my Mavic... it never fails to impress me.
