Description

He's certainly spooky, and I like his weird double hook. I think that was inspired by the movie Hook. Ultimatley, "the hook" is what I gave him. It didn't make a whole lot of sense to have a fake supernatural villain when I have quite a few real supernatural villains.

I also never really locked in how his whole fear-inducing gimmick was supposed to work. I think at one point he had a voodoo mask that caused people to experience fear. I like the design, but I decided to make my world slightly less bonkers and tossed this guy overboard.
