A blue dragon of wisdom, he prefers to stay out of battle; but his power is considerable when defending his charges. He can transport himself anywhere there is water as a means of communicating with Tsunami. Able to change shape and density, he has demonstrated proficiency in the fighting arts as well as healing magic while training Austin.
