New dude! This is Alphinaud, prince of the Mosnum city, Reist!
Hes a sandraiser like Kaspier, a rare descendant and one of the few left after their god went dormant. His marking allows him to shift into a hawk, which he uses to explore the city unattended. Due to this, its also illegal to hunt desert hawks around Reist, just in case its the prince.
(also yes........ Im aware theres a FFXIV character called Alphinaud. Saw the name a while ago & remembered it now, then later looked it up lol)
