life has been too busy to breathe,
my own personal warfare with a twist of "shut the hell up"
i guess what i'm trying to say is on its way.

the bee stings if you sit still,
and the hive is disturbed if you move too quickly.
i need a reflection,
a piece of time to which i have no obligation but itself.

i'm bottled up and ready to serve,
a catering service
for you to feast upon.
dig your fingers into the leaves under my feet;
i'm sure you'll find an epiphany or two.
