j/k ... well, this actually IS a dynamic Wallpaper-Tool. Just follow the instructions in the readme.txt and you get something like this: [link]
This picture allows the user to create a wallpaper out of the graphics you load onto you server and save it as a .jpg
Forgot to mention: This need the FP8 and the Flash.Source is Flash 8 too ... have fun

But just to clearify one thing: The graphics (the ones you create your backgrounds from) are just placeholders. With this tool you can use any graphic you want to let the user create a wallpaper out of your graphic
