Personality: True to his breed, Tailspin is a fiery sort of character. He's always first in line for a treat or scritches under the neck and is often disciplined for butting in line. He has very little patience with the foals that frequent the grazing pastures and will usually catch the ire of a protective mare for his ignorance. Although he has a hard time accepting that other equines have needs, he is a fantastic companion on the trail to human friends. He does have a particular fear of anything, such as flies or wasps buzzing about his head and must be handled carefully or the rider will be thrown.
Backstory: Part of the reason riders and staff at The Shimmering Cove think that Tailspin is so unruly around foals is that he possibly sees a bit of himself inside of them. He was orphaned at a very young age and lovingly taken in by the owner of Barley Creek Stables, UkuleleMoon Although Barley Creek is deep in the mountains of the Tennessee Appalachians and can be quite chilly compared to the volcanic birthing grounds of the Firequines, Tailspin seemed to be able to the adjustment. He was moved to The Shimmering Cove, the fantasy horse division of BCS, by the time he was a yearling and medically out of the woods.
Additional Info: One of the very first horses from an exotic location to be moved to The Shimmering Cove and thus has been acclimated to friends, riders and staff members of the grounds.
