edit: Oops! uploaded wrong one....after switching to google dns and convinceing isp stuff wasnt working ...back to normal now and here is the right package,
was a prob with few settings and had all my crap in it, so this one more friendly start point.....

orig: Still tweaking this a bit every day , but been using it for about 6 months as-is so it works and all....
contains code from about every Rainmeter coder you can name , most names still in there somewhere, working on a credits file.
Mostly uploading cause i couldn't upload elsewhere (net acting strange) and wanted to test....why i call it RC (release candidate)
info graphic a bit weak (and misspellings)but.....
ill re-upload again in the future when i feel truly complete.....

Right click on quick link icons to expose settings options then leftclick icon to open said settings..works for home, rss and music
like the other LOL skins Ive made hes animated and moves but that's up to you as settings for all that in there
This is a bit closer to ideal goal but with idle, uniquerandom, ifmatch and countless other Rainmeter upgrades i see ability to rewrite tons of it.....
anyWHo... ive packaged with lastest beta so will need latest beta to install, thou should work with older versions....
contains shortcuts and skin settings that probably wont work for you(less you have said skins and progs installed, but changeable )

As for the Rainmeter coding "PLEASE TAKE IT USE IT MAKE LITTLE SCREEN FRIENDS!!!", Fix it advance it improve it share it!
