Description
This is all done in Medibang, if you end up trying my style just know that i don't know what the hell i'm doing

-linart. Shape of eye changes depending on angle and expression (pen brush)
-colour (bucket tool/pen brush)
-darken the top of the iris and lighten the bottom (airbrush [doing a gradient also works])
-pupil, using a darker shade than the previous dark (pen brush, larger size)
-sparkles! Make a crap ton of sparkles at the bottom, then less as you go further up. Set the layer to ‘Add’ mode, and lower the opacity to 50-60% (sparkle brush, but drawing small dots works just as well even if it does take longer)
-colour the rim of the iris, add white blobs for shine, and you’re good! (pen brush)
(also- colouring the lines can be done by selecting the ‘protect alpha’ option on/selecting the lineart layer [with the wand tool] and colouring over it. pretty simple)
