Mysta is the team leader of Prodigy Alliance and quite possibly the "Strongest Woman Alive." A moniker coined for her by Ryan Ayers. Mysta was a freedom fighter on Planet Zoran at some point in the past before being trapped in a time portal and winding up on Earth and being recruited by Shade Dark and Ryan Ayers

Old excerpts from a manuscript I'd started a few years ago.

1) MYSTA'S ORIGIN:

The Therma Corp, having illegally invaded Planet Zoran, trap the rebel leaders and Queen Mesreya inside the former Citadel/Laboratory of her late brother. Mesreya convinces Mysta to use her uncle’s teleportation device to escape and bring help, not informing of her true intentions.

Therma Corp commander Cephar Sidagues proposes that Mesreya bend her knee to him and give over Mysta’s hand so that he would end his siege, the very reason that Mesreya has sent her daughter beyond his reach.

From the gateway discovered in 1924, now housed in a secret modern day facility north of Baton Rouge, Louisiana emerges Mysta, where she is greeted by Jason Napier, Lisa Roberts, Meghan Castle, Emerald-Green and Shadedark who are there at Ryan Ayers' request.

2) Setting: Ryan takes Mysta to a coffee house to help acclimate her to life in the United States. Ever perceptive, she analyzes the situation.

“It is not what I am accustomed to. Every movement, every sound, makes me want to react. To ignite my sword and prepare for battle. But, at least from my prospective, none are here for hostile reasons. They are just here for socialization and enjoyment of these hot beverages. Men and women simply enjoying the company of others and each other. It all just seems, for lack of a better word, alien to me.”

“I have to be on my guard constantly,” Ryan says.

Mysta glances at him quizzically. “None can match you on this world, not even I. They are fortunate to have you on their side.”

“I’m not entirely certain that was the plan,” he responds.
