from the opening for lawless-Xkinda a test for certain things aswell, this character will be slightl important though XD
hes an old friend o0f flights but he has no solid form

I used flash, I tweened the background in several steps whiler tweening the character aswell

for this backround animation, is it like ms paint animating backround? like you have to draw over and over or is this just one picture moved around

well make one big picture save it. then open the filer size ou want to paste it into click select all so it selects the full page then click paste from and paste in the file, it should keep the drawing space the same size

if ou mean without using the tween and just moving the frame slighty, then no, i did do that with a few inbetween frames though before the animation of the character changes
