Description We were shooting at Zabriskie Point early the in morning. Almost all of the time I spent looking through my 100-400mm lens getting those up-close-and-personal shots.

While going through my photos weeks later, I noticed this shot. I dont even remember changing lenses! While shooting, I was so close to the edge of the ridge I barely even wanted to move, let along dig around in my camera bag. I'm really glad I did however as I really like how this came out.

The initial shot was actually a bit over-exposed. I didnt notice I had captured the moon until I lowered the exposure in RAW! At any rate, I hope you get some enjoyment out of this. Feel free to let me know what you think. I'm hoping with a little tweaking, this will be print-worthy!
