I'm guessing it must have been tamed. My dad can tame titmice to eat out of his hand.

Seriously what is it...its not a sparrow, its not a warbler or a wren (there way too small) and im a bit undecided on mocking bird. The pattern on its wing is bugging me....WHAT IS IT!!!?

I am trying to figure it out too. I have been pouring through my bird identification books to no avail.
Where was it taken? Maybe then we could at least narrow down the options to a couple thousand birds. (;Β¬_Β¬

It's a pretty bird, isn't it? You don't see many green birds around... although when I showed my dad this, he said it wasn't green. ^_^" (although, my laptop does tend to mess with colors sometimes...)

The closest I ever found to it was the tyrant flycatchers of the Empinodax genus β which if that is the case, we'd have next to no idea of figuring out the exact species without seeing the entire bird and the underside pattern of the wings. It also resembles members of the Agriornis and Contopus genera, but I could not find one that matched its coloring, only body shape.
It appears slightly green on my monitor as well, but I attributed that to the background.
