A long time ago, China was ruled by a powerful tyrant known as the Mandarin. He possessed the power of ten magic rings, which, according to legend, belonged to an old dragon who died in the Valley of Spirits. However, over time, he was rebuffed by ancient heroes who took his rings and hid them in different parts of the world so that no one else could use their power for evil. Many years later, a man appeared who considers himself a descendant of the Mandarin and wants to regain the ten rings in order to use them to revive the former greatness of his ancestor.
