Peter Merkel Jr. is the son of the old costumed criminal Peter Merkel Sr., better known as the Rag Doll. Like his father, Peter had a congenital mutation that gave him incredibly flexible joints, which allowed him to bend his limbs in the most impossible ways. Due to the evil influence of Merkel Sr., his son also assumed the mantle of Rag Doll, becoming a dangerous and insane criminal.
