This time I tried something different than usual. Inspired by =Toonikun 's tutorial and ~Usagi-Tsukino-krv stock images I decided to draw my beloved Serenity from Sailor Moon series. Some time ago I watched almost all episodes once again and I must say they still have some charm. I love SM Stars the most. It's a pity Usagi didn't stay with Seiya :__;. I hate Mamoru.. I love the colors, they blend together so well. Very striking. This reminds me of a Naoko Takeuchi image from the actual Sailor Moon series. It had all of the senshi lying on a bed of roses with this muted brown color for their dresses. This is lovely!

Although i've put my hand on several crystal clusters and would have to say that to sit on a bunch of them would hurt

If you dont mind me asking,how do you get that watercolor paper-ish look to your drawings?Do you use a pattern and set it to multiply,because thats what i do but it still doesnt look like this.

It's perfect except for one minor detail, and forgive me for pointing this out. I think that the expression is a little off as far as the spacing of the eyes, nose and mouth goes. Maybe make the eyes a bit bigger and it'll look like it fits better. This was only meant as constructive criticism and nothing more.

I have all of them and I love them to death and your style, especially the coloring, is so close to Naoko's that I simply have to adore this drawing.

Seiya is a girl. Naoko-sensei once said that she was shocked that in the anime, the Starlights were boys, in the manga they're only cross-dressing girls.
But well, Mamoru is useless most of the time. I didn't pay much attention to him anyway, Helios and the boys from the movies were cuter.

A ja właśnie jakiś miesiąc temu obejrzałam kinówkę serii R, podobno najlepszą i nie mam ochoty dalej nic sailorkowego oglądać, bo film ów był żenujący. Postacie zachowywały się głupio, fabułka była cienka, szczęściem muzyka i ciepłe retrospekcjyjki ratowały całość.
Jest śliczna (ta suknia, te różne, te kryształy, te WŁOSY!), tylko czy mi się wydaje, czy się nudzi?

All of the details make for a really lovely and intricate picture. That being said, something looks a little off about the eyes. It's not enough to look bad, just a little strange. However, on the whole, it's a great picture.
