Ugh, MediMom isn't very good at Momming. "I'm a total loser, while she's capable of everything" "OF COURSE SHE'S NOT!" ....you don't say that stuff about any kid. Self-esteem issues galore from that. Teach kids they're worth the stars in the sky and they'll shoot for them. Also minus Mom points for shooting down Gretchen instead of raising up Augustus.

Other than that, I get her whole attitude. Sister's a constant jerk so Mom's kind of given up on a relationship with her.

But we can say that Medic's mom is really angry against her daughter because of her bad attitude with her twin brother.

She try to understand Gretchen but they don't have a really good relation: Mother/Daughter. 

And when she says: "OF CURSE SHE'S NOT!!!" it was mean: "She can do lots of thing but not everything. You can do things that she will not be able to do. Stop exaggerating!!!".

I was daaawwwing so much at him at panel 5 but panel 6 just made his crying look too funny to feel more sorry for him than amused anymore XD

Ohhhh, I see how the hate works now. They seem so broken. I kinda feel pity. (It's funny. I hate Gretchen so much but I think the reason I feel that way is that we're similar but she is so ungrateful to have such an awesome brother. P.S. her expression is hilarious.)
