Based Used by @SuperSaiyanGodyssI'm going to ignore what Shy-Scorbunny has to tell me about this in a status
So here is another Dlc Character i made up from my favorite Show (I Don't like the show anymore because of someone)
Now for the themes they were played in Episodes in the show some of them i decided to give the themes a bit of names a came up with
For the Move sets
Bluey
Doesn't attack fast when holding A
Jumps the shortest
Runs a bit slow
Special Moves
Neutral Special: Magic xylophone (Can be able to stun opponents)
Forward Special: Wand Attack (Uses a Toy wand to wack opponents)
Up Special: Trampoline Jump (Just like Sonic but with a trampoline)
Down Special: Dance Attack
(I disabled Comments because i just didn't feel like anyone commenting on this)
