Unlike their evolution, Batsplash don’t just cry because they’re easily upset, Batsplash cry to release excess water from their body- controlling their buoyancy and reducing their weight during (the uncommon event of) flight. They have excellent hearing and eyesight, and being out in the sunlight makes them cry more- so they tend to stay to living in caves.
