This is my reaction to the people of the recent rage explosion on my previous artwork. had posted a "mean" comment on my work towards me. Unfortunately she got some backlash of my watchers, which was not expected.Guys.... ;_; ... it was all just a joke, because she is a funny pancake like that. I know her very well. She did not mean it. I admit it was funny seeing the reactions, but it went a bit too far to the point people believed it was all real..xD
Yes its all her very own fault. But...people also left mean reactions in return to her. And you guys don't even know me and her at all. Were best friends, and we both just fool around like little kids to each other. I think people who follow my streams get what I mean....
And even in the future if there will be real nasty comments from people, you really have no need to defend me. No matter how offending it is. I understand you want to help me out and I appreciate it very much. But I am an adult and I can solve problems on my own.
I know this is pointless and that people will do it anyway...well that will be only more popcorn.

We were on a bus and my friend was getting paranoid that she was gaining a bit too much weight, when it's clear that she's not and I was obviously joking around to cheer her up, so I said "Oh yeaaa, look at you! You're so fat you're the size of the entire world!!!"
A woman tapped me on the shoulder and said "You should be ashamed!!! It's a wonder you have any friends talking to the poor girl like that!"
She still wouldn't listen, even after my friend said I was joking and it had made her laugh, not offended her 
I think some people just don't get jokes!

uuuh people on deviantart don't really care because they're idiots?
allow me to rephrase; idol warshippers on deviantart are idiots, and people like that compose the vast majority of the site. everyone else is either an one of said idols, or a lurker.
if someone talks shit about their idol, flamewars are bound to ensue. i'm glad that you at least have the competence to come out and say something against it and make an actual effort to do something, unlike *CyanBirdDog or some other shit sandwich like her who perpetuates drama. know, however, people on this site just do this. they find someone talented (or popular, which are not necessarily interchangeable), usually a furry for some reason(?), to kiss the ass of because they either want to leech off of you, or just don't understand that they could be doing something productive with their time instead.
next time, i would suggest that you just tell your friend or whoever to ignore the white and knights and move on instead of giving kiss asses an excuse to start problems.

i read the comments and i could see it as a joke at first, but the comments she left to peoples' responses didn't read as jokes at all, some of them did but some of them looked like nothing short of trying to stir up trouble. i'm sure you know your friend better than anyone else but if you're going to leave comments completely void of sarcasm or humor, people are going to take you seriously
but i do hate seeing watchers try to 'stick up' for artists.. most of the time it's unnecessary and seen as buttkissing, plus like in this situation, it could be a friend saying "this sucks kill yourself" and everyone takes them seriously because they don't know you're practically conjoined twins with the jokey jokester. plus it's like the watchers don't think you're capable of sticking up for yourself or something haha

I think it really just depends how well you know someone. If some stranger came to me and made a bad joke, I would be offended. But if its a best friend you kind of can accept it and laugh with them. Masked even messaged me on facebook that she meant it as a joke xD

Its something that bothers me on DA when people take it upon themselves to police for other artists. Of coarse I can see sticking up for an artist you admire, but fighting rudeness (although in this situation a joke clearly, but say they thought it really was rudeness) with more rudeness is just not the way to solve things.
Hopefully people learn from the situation and aren't so quick to jump down someones throat.
Anyway this piece is adorable, and I love the way you convey such human like expressions naturally on an animal. Great poses too
