Kevin "Volt" Hirano (ケビン・ヒラノ), one of the recurring characters of the Red Dasher series.
Also known as the Green Dasher or Kevolt, he's Max's friend, of course, he's more of a serious type of hero when it comes to his meanest trash-talking to his opponents and his enemies, yeah he's a bit of a loud-mouth, but he's very timid and loyal to his teammates. But anything can attack back if anyone messes with him. For example, anyone calls him a coward, will be forced to be smacked. Kevin runs a little quicker than Max, but he knows how to throw objects at enemies, dodge faster with better defense, and of course, he knows how to control drones since he's an expert of drones. Kevin is one of the heroes that want to take down a young woman named Riftbyrn, leader of the Sigma Flames who is also Sammi's nemesis after what happened to her as a kid. In fact, Sammi is the caretaker at their home, but she can a bit overprotective. Also, Kevin wants to beat Max at everything since he's the leader of Team Dashers, especially that he's too good at hockey and video games. He also started playing hockey since he met Max years ago, and decided to train to become the best Defense player for the same team for his junior high school. He has the electric element, allowing to conduct electricity to anything, and of course his Lightning Wave ability. This can amplify his power and achieve his goal. There is something that Kevin’s life change after what happened when he was 11, but how?

Kevin Elliot Hirano was born alongside with his sister Sammi (who was born 5 minutes ago) in the Culmina Islands with a Seucheonian Tae and a Hanasakian Sami Hirano, but they decided to move to North Asparia at the Kera Point Village in the Asparia Valley. They didn't have any friends when they arrived in the village, but they did meet some at the time. Until in 1995, a powerful tornado with massive winds starts destroying the entire thing, while the entire Hirano family are the only survivors. When the next day came, everything is all ruins and worst of all, everyone all died, with the family being the only survivors and with some money. So these two have decided to take jobs with Tae as a secret agent in training and Saori as an astronaut in training since his mom was studying science and his dad is an undercover cop. They have decided to continue working non-stop with their parents not coming home more frequently and now Sammi takes responsibility for all of this. While they were away, they decided to relax in the Emerald Forest and viewed a stone called a Sunstite. But when Reyna Tacurda wanted it, she threatened to kill Sammi! Thanks to Kevin, they escaped with the sunstite, but she already gave her the sunstite and keep their lives, until Reyna was burned when his sister threw the rock at her, giving the power to become even named herself Riftbyrn. After it shattered, they were trapped by Wave Bugs at Emerald Forest, and then Max came to the rescue who was also with Hannah, Hayley, and Logan! So they decided to team up with Max in his adventure along the way, continuing the journey of powerful heroes. Now he's trained to become an electric fighter of Team Dashers. He even went to robot camp to study the use of drones, and created a companion drone named DOS.

With Kevin being part of Team Dashers, he can give some tactical use with his drones and traps. He also can give some advantages of taking down the Sigma Flames and helping Sammi in the missions. This also can do a Fire/Electric combo with Max as his partner.

Skills/Details:
This incarnation of Volt still does the same as his fellow friends, but this time he focuses on Riftbyrn & the Sigma Flame Legion after what she did to them.

His weapon is the Zero Lancer, which is a Spear, Naginata, and sniper rifle hybrid weapon that Hannah designed. The weapon can switch forms when he presses the grip hard, which turns his spear to a sniper rifle. The Spear form is a combat spear which has an electrical spear tip that allows him to dash through enemies, perform a spin attack and even use two spear tips for a electrical spin wave. The Naginata form has one blade and can damage enemies with more power and it's Spear variation. Lightning Wave is one of Kevin's abilities which can unleash a lightning bolt to the spear/naginata and fry all enemies within the 5cm radius. The Sniper Rifle form allows him to shoot far enemies with Shock Balls, and a charged volt, and they can be stunned until they are defeated. Voltation is another ability Kevin can do which can activate a electric streak at enemies until the gauge is empty.

His techniques include Running, Rail Grinding, Parkour, and Sliding, but he's a defensive character with his fast dodging. His major weakness is poison, if he gets caught to it, his movement would slow him down and loses health, and poison can block his electric attacks.

So, who wants to get shocked before he gets to Riftbyrn?
