Terms of use (Rules) of my distributed content (specifically for this example):
1. Redistribution (reuploading) - is not allowed
2. Editing (including mesh and textures) - is allowed
! (Distribution of edited content (including mesh and textures) is not allowed) !
3. Using my distributed content to create content (video and/or images) that is not allowed for viewing by minors - is not allowed
4. You must indicate in the description of your content or in the content itself (if it is a video and/or image, you can leave a caption) that you used my content to create your content. If editing for a specific instance of my distributed content is permitted and you have edited my content and used the edited version to create a video and/or images or other content, then credit me in the description of your content or in the content itself as the author of the original my content and you as the author of the edited version of my content.

Example of crediting in the description if you edited my content:
