This is Celosia's team when you battle her in the Villain Tournament at the PWT. I forgot to mention why she has a Mega Evolution Pokemon while the previous two Team Flare Scientist don't. The reason she has a Mega Manectric is because Manectric is her signature Pokemon as you battle four of the five Scientist twice and it's on the final battle that they will have one more Pokemon in addition to the one they use to battle you the first time.
