All four members of the Treasure of Ruins won't have their signature move as it only half the HP of the Pokemon it's facing. It's ability lowers special defense of all other Pokemon by 30% so your Special attack well hit harder giving you more chance to either OHKO the opposing Pokemon or at the very least two hit KO.
