last time i went to havre de grace my friend tried to jump over one of those poll thingys with the chains attached to em and broke her elbow, it was so funny. this is an awesome shot

Such a cool shot, Ry. I love the silhouetted look here.. It's very clean and definate. I like how the dog and owner are looking in the same direction, and also the clear sky. Just seems like a perfect day for such a walk. My only critisism is the light between his legs. I think it's kinda distracting and it takes away from the rest of the shot, making the focus going from the man and dog, where I feel it should be, to the man's legs. Just a thought. But i love it. Really.

The contrast is one of the best I've seen ever! and the b&w selection is very good. + the light between his legs and the dog that is looking like on what's in the other side of the light... very nice I love it

Ace image - love the high-contrast silhouette. (Bit weird the way the chaps inner thighs appear to be glowing, but perhaps that's just me. )

Very powerful shot. It doesn't evoke strong emotions, but it stands out with such good contrast. The subject (dog and man) hints at a morning walk and the chain links make me think of a harbor. There's a lot of atmosphere here even though it's not visible; we create it in our heads. Great work!

This is a gorgeous shot. Man, dog, water, sunrise: beautiful. I like the shadows a lot and the various tones of grey from the shadows and pavement all the way out to the horizon. Well done.
