A nice idea, concisely described and well suited to the pics, but let down a little by the last line. If it had been 'Now Fred must buy his own panties..." or something similar and in-keping with the pantie-thief theme, I would havemarked this higher.

like why he must change how he dresses

...doesn't really do it for me. the declaration that he has to go buy his own is all well and good, but.. why? what stops him-now-her from dressing boyish?
