I think maybe it would look more balanced if the layering of the second skirt was higher, showing the bottom layer more, or some other change. 

I really love the beading, and your background, and your lettering.  So beautiful.  I don't know if I'd want to wear something with such a big bow on my wedding day, but, depending on how it looks in the back, it could be really stunning, especially on the runway or red carpet.  Honestly, the bow was the first thing that attracted me to the thumbnail image.  It reminded me of wings.    That along with the look of the dress makes it look kind of fairy-tale, ball-gown inspired to me, and I really like that.  It reminds me a little of that gorgeous outfit Drew Barrymore wore to the ball in Ever After, even though they're quite different.  Both beautiful though.

I would have liked there to be more, closer ruffles on the bottom part, but it's gorgeous, definitely.
