Ironically, I'm submitting an entry to a competition I came up with.

Haha, i was just bored so I did it up. Basically i'm supposed to design a haute couture outfit depicting my views of the world and a ready-to-wear summer resort outfit

The RTW is self-explainable, so i shall move on to the HC dress.

The top was inspired by the fact that life is full of twists and turns. You don't know whats coming next, its a spiral rollercoaster from the very beginning to the very end. Pink and blue hues were used to depict the varying moods: Happiness/Love, Sadness/Depression.

The extra fold-material right below that in darker colors are to depict the hard times everyone is bound to face sooner or later, and a more neutral with light lavender was chosen for the skirt.

The ruffles/frills at the bottom obviously represent the happy and good times during your life. Using cheerful colors, it successfully captures the joy in life.

Yea, so basically I wanted to describe life/world in a nutshell. I dont think of the world as something like "Oh its earth!" but i relate it very closely to life itself. Maybe it's just me.
