Watched the latest 4 artists draw a Pokémon video and got inspired.

so what kinda sparked the idea was one of the more well known maori myths I can’t remember its name but its about stolen fire specially the fire is like finger nails and they take nail after nail till theres none left its way more then that but thats all you need to know to understand how I got the idea for these to lines

so essentially the first stage of the orange pokemon line takes a pilgrimage from were it was born to this other place were all its evolutions live by taking this pilgrimage by taking the fire on its wings all the way to to the destination they evolve into this butterfly candle dragon but theirs this other pokemon the grey purple one and these pokemon are terrified of the dark but like in a super dark spooky forest so when they see the light on the first stage orange pokemon it takes the fire for its self evolving in the process its no longer afraid of the dark cuz jt will constantly have a light with it and since it has light committees of its per-Evolution form and it shares it fire with them so they don’t have to be scard were as the orange first form can’t take its pilgrimage any more with out the fire so they try and get it back but some get caught up in vengeance evolving into the orange pokemon on the left its darker colours for blending in and hunting the pokemon that took its fire the fuff on its neak resembles the fire it would have had if it evolved the candle wicks on its wings are now claws but the sad part is now they have evolved they can’t take the pilgrimage any more since they already evolved so they are stuck hunting the pokemon that stolen from it
