Description
This took me over 9 hours! I forgot to record large spans of time so i dont the exact time but it’s probably the longest iv spent on a piece and has the second most layers having 12 and the one with more layers (18) is a animatic. The hair and especially the CLOTHES where so so hard to draw! This took me days to finish and im so honestly so proud of it!

So that art is of a scene in kh3 where sora drops into the relm of darkness to help riku heres the full cutscene (including the fights) if anyone wants to check it out but warring if you haven’t played atleast bbs / kh 1 and kh3 up to this point it will make absolutely no sense! www.youtube.com/watch?v=IWYkDr…
side note
why cant riku be your companion in this fight! He has the code to be your fighting partner and Donald and goofy your regular companions aren’t even in this fight i dont see why you couldn’t just fight with riku

Soriku is one of my favourite ships of all time, i love it!

And this is probably an unpopular onion but I believe that if riku was a girl or sora girl heck even if both of them where girls people would think the story was going to end with soriku and soraki was just a red herring. Sorkai yeah has monuments but thats what they are moments kairi’s whole personality is probably likes sora and usless soriku has actual chemistry and tbh better moments sorkai is
ill kill my self to save u and soriku is ill spend the rest of my life in the relm of darkness for you
Plus I dont think kairi would be good for sora , sora is selfless to the point where it’s probably unhealthy he would kill him self if it meant even a slight chance of saving his friends and kairi cant stay safe sora has basically killed him self twice to save her life! She cant keep out of danger sora ans kairi cant even be in the same room for more then in a minute without the universe exploding the cave drawing really says its all there star crossed lovers.
(Side note the manga confirms that riku saw this drawing and was really sad about it)

Also Today I learnt that apparently the gayblades offical name is the connected keyblade? Which as a name sucks
why couldn’t have been called something like off the top of my head
connected hearts or nightmares split
