I draw Reala as a bit fatter than canon. When stressed or flexing, He'll look buff, but when relaxed he's got a lil bit of a stomach.
Since I make nightmaren muscles and fat the same substance (Keratichor ), Reala is bulkier due to being buffer. It makes sense.
Under Wizeman he's buff due to the constant stress he's under, but once freed he finally gets a moment to relax
