BASE USED: orig05.deviantart.net/a691/f/2…I wanted to try Luna being Celestia (since Nightmare Star is a thing, and all) and here she's surprised that her sister is reformed. I used the hair Luna has in Equestria Girls because Celestia's mane has a similar design to that of Vice Principal Luna's.
