Yes, I have installed more than one Arch Linux based linux distro.What I like in ArcoLinux is the speed and themes included for Conky and desktop manager.
If you look well, all Star Trek captain use an Arch based linux distro.... Ha hahhahhaaha....
I prefer to not see the panels and icons : Rofi launcher can launch anything and can show opened apps.
