This is an end of era shot.

My daughter announced that this is apparently the last time I am allowed to take a picture of her and also the last time she would wear that dress.
It took three months to even get her to come outside in the afternoon heat, let alone the 2 hours it took to convince her that it would be a nice and more importantly, a quick experience. I had an idea for one shot I told her.

She seemed to enjoy the 15 minutes I spent taken some shots.

This was before I realised she was still too short for the wall to really see over.
So I grabbed some books and helped her up on top of them so she could see over the wall a bit better.
Fletcher then came back into the shot to see what I was up to and why our daughter was now looking over a wall as some sort of Look Out. He dutifully helped with the other shots, which I will post later.
The other dog we are looking after also came into a few of the shots but was certainly less animated preferring to lie down and sleep instead of looking like a guard dog which was the intention.
I took shots with the two dogs, then some with our dog Fletcher and then our daughter on her own.
I could not decide which to publish so will published them all after this one, which incidentally is my daughters favourite.
