To me, I'm just trying to make things possible in this comic. This is Madam Margeret's (the villain from KND F.U.T.U.R.E.) Gender-Switching Cloning Machine, the Occult Squad found this machine from her ruins of her castle and testing this machine for multiple times until 's OC, Numbuh 4343 is snooping where their machine and use to clone her (for whatever the reason is) and her dream came true.
