Description
I made up this evil villain for KND Sector CA. He is a young surgeon who gone insane on kids, the KND stopped him on many occasions, he is one of the group villains that I made up called The Malevolent 7 and involved in the evil project that turned Numbuh 333/Will into a monster. Later after that incident, he ismore dangerous villain to the KND.
