She's a peppy little foxbat who in the wrong place in the world. She's terrified of her own family, and looks to her brother to constantly protect her. Her constant need for looking after has made her too dependent on others, leaving her with little ability to do things herself. This often gets her in trouble with most of her kin who don't enjoy her weak and dependent demeanor. Like her brother she wants to know just who her parents are, and more importantly, why they would leave the pair to live in such cruel conditions.
She's sometimes jealous of Lloyd, who talks about his mother quite often and it makes Sunny think if her own mother would care for her like Lloyd's mother does.
