Jasper is very 2 faced. Around his friends, he's a psychotic sociopath, but around girls, he's a refined gentleman. He's been looking for "the one" ever since he was 4. He's very romantic for his age, which makes his friends cringe. Most people think he's kidding but he's dead serious. This year, he's found the one. Sadly, she doesn't seem to like him back. He doesnt quit trying though. Hang in there, Jasper!

Ohta: "bald" (He usually goes to Ohta for love advice, to which the response is always the same "...")
Jay: Go to him if you'd like to have fun ^^ (They get in lots of trouble when together.
Jasper never gets in any actual trouble, though because the teachers automatically assume that Jay is the only perpetrator and Jasper's an innocent bystander.)
