I really don't see what is the trapped thing about this picture,or maybe that was just a random title.
It's beautiful,it's what any man would wish for,so where the hell is the "trapped" side of it? If I had that,I wouldn't have anything to bother about,quite the contrary,I'd feel as free as a bird,rather than having to be smothered by the thought of the fact I'm walking in my own body...

Nice shot... I have to agree with some of the others the lighting doesn't seem to be working well... but maybe next time. I really enjoy the suttle details her grasping to herself... the outstretch of her neck... beautiful lips, gorgeous model. What is going on with that hair though? It looks like a wig especially with how it is leaning on her forehead.. it makes me examine her face and well notice how unsymmetrical her nose and eyes are.

I love the positioning of this and the hair / makeup. The lighting doesn't work that well though - working with the title, if she is trapped, she would be looking toward the light source as it would be her only way out.
