Description The Funeral
Shadows dance upon the wall
As I make my way down the hall
The color, crimson, in the puddle of blood
Drowned my senses in an overwhelming flood
Will this one speak ever more?
No his voice is locked beyond death's door
The procession weeps at his new resting place
There I sit with my sickly pale face
Like the others, my eyes dyed red
From all the worthless tears I've shed.

The AfterLife
From the boy the spirit flees
Ignoring all our earthly pleas
Heaven is where the soul is bound
But stuck here on Earth till his body's found
Poor little ghost left to wander
Lost and alone forced to think and ponder
Glittering crystals fill the sky
Marvolous colors consume his eye
Finally he begins the ascent to above
Where he will feel the warmth of Love.

The Beginning
She claimed to love her little child
But in her eyes rage ran wild
Bruises formed upon his arm
From a "mother" who would never harm
Little heart so full of fears
Little eyes soaked by tears
She was warned many times
That she would pay for all her crimes
But too late came the law
And nothing could abolish the horror they saw
Blood sat painted on the walls
The small body deaf to all our calls
Tiny face bruised and beaten
And looked as though he had never eaten
All his limbs broken and bound
From our lips uttered no sound
But one last smile embraced his face
Because now he's free of this wretched place.
