In George Lucas' Star Wars, Naboo system was a large star system located within the Chommell sector of the Mid Rim which contained planets such as Naboo , Erep and Widow as well as their moons. It was centered around the star Naboo . It was kept clean and free of smugglers by the RNSF (Royal Naboo Security Forces ) and their trained pilots. However, Hutt crime lords such as Gorr Desilijic Ebelt and Borvo along with their henchmen lurked in the fringes of the system. It was home to humans such as Palpatine & Padmé Amidala , and Gungans such as Jar Jar Binks and Rugor Nass . Remembered based on Naboo's planetary system from Star Wars Prequel Trilogy, and Star Wars: Episode VI - Return of the Jedi (Special Editon).

Under the guise of his Sith title Darth Sidious, Palpatine secretly engineered an invasion of his peaceful homeworld by the Trade Federation in a bid for power. Ostensibly done in protest over proposed taxation of formerly free trade routes, the Federation's invasion led to an outpouring of support from the Senate for both Palpatine and the newly-elected Queen of Naboo, Padmé Amidala. Amidala led a successful resistance movement and removed the Federation from her world during the Battle of Naboo. Palpatine subsequently rose to the office of the Supreme Chancellor of the Republic, with Amidala eventually taking his place as the planet's senatorial representative. Naboo would commit itself firmly to democracy in the intervening years, staying loyal to the Republic during the pan-galactic Clone Wars, which saw several military engagements against the Confederacy of Independent Systems come to the planet. By the time of the war's end, Palpatine had amassed considerable power and proclaimed himself the head of a new Galactic Empire. Palpatine's reign would eventually be ended by the Alliance to Restore the Republic, a rebel movement led by Amidala's children, Leia Organa and Luke Skywalker. Despite his origins on the planet, Palpatine did not care at all for his homeworld and, following his death, Naboo was named a priority target for Operation: Cinder, a protocol that the Sith Lord had put in place to destroy Imperial worlds should they fail to protect their Emperor. Through the intervention of Organa and Queen Sosha Soruna, however, Naboo was spared from ruin and went on to become a member of the successor state to the Alliance, the New Republic. Decades later, the planet would again fight against tyranny, rising up against the military junta of the First Order during its war with Organa's Resistance.
-Ohma-D'un: A Bathyos-like Moon was the largest moon of Naboo. In 32 BBY, following their newfound alliance with the Human people of Naboo, the Gungans established a settlement on Ohma-D'un, bringing multiple specimens of vegetal and animal life to populate the otherwise uninhabited moon. Ten years later, in the early days of the Clone Wars, the Confederacy of Independent Systems used a gas weapon on the moon, killing many of the Gungan colonists in the process.
-Rori (Formerly known as Onoam): A Green Earth-like Moon was the second largest of three moons of the planet Naboo. Located in the Chommell sector of the Mid Rim, Rori was an overgrown, wild world dominated by oppressive gray skies, thick jungles, and thick swamps. The forests and other vegetation were said to be more twisted and knotted than Naboo's plantlife. Rori's early history was shrouded in mystery, but the moon was officially colonized during the days of the Galactic Republic under the rule of King Narmlé, following the construction of his namesake city. During later years, a second city named Restuss was constructed to act as a quarantined processing center after an outbreak of Brainworm Rot. Under Queen Kylantha's rule, following the rise of the Galactic Empire, Rori saw only limited involvement in the Galactic Civil War between the Empire and the Alliance to Restore the Republic. That all changed however, when by at least 1 ABY, the Battle of Restuss erupted, resulting in the complete devastation of one of Rori's only cities,Its grassy plains housed second homes for wealthy citizens of Naboo while miners extracted medicinal spice underneath the surface. A secondary royal palace was also maintained there for when the queen of Naboo visited. During Padmé Amidala's lifetime, miners protested for a greater share of the profits from Onoam's mines; under the Galactic Empire, conditions grew even worse. When Princess Leia Organa of Alderaan visited the moon on a mercy mission, she attempted to address the Imperial corruption in the mines and witnessed the assassination of Quarsh Panaka.
-Tasia (Formerly Known as Veruna): A Luna-like Moon, one of three moons that orbited the planet of Naboo. It shared its name with King Ars Veruna, who reigned over the Naboo before Padmé Amidala. As seen in film.

Storm: A Yellow Gold and White Jupiter-like Gas Giant with 32 moons.

Behpour: A small and rocky planet in the Naboo system, too inhospitable to sustain any life despite having a breathable atmosphere. It had a core of green acidic lava that often burned its way to the surface forming lakes and rivers of acid. The acid burning up created amazing rock formations.
